We met as travellers and now that our children have grown up, we want to get back to our roots. Or perhaps it is that we want to pull up our roots and start wandering again. In a world of digital media, we figured that blogging our experiences would be a great way to stay connected with friends and family, as well as providing a creative outlet while on the road.

John had yearnings of being a writer in his early years, and Kim has been a photographer for ages, so our combined skills and interests will hopefully have something to offer. The technology that is available for capturing it all is quite amazing, so we want to give it a crack.
